My First Google AdSense Cheque !!
What?? Your first Google AdSense cheque?
Yup you got that right. After a few years of holding the payment, I finally decided to request for the cheque. Hmm when is the last time I cash a US cheque? Well I can't remember, it must be very long ago.
I went to Maybank to get my cheque process. They took alomost 1 month to process it. Worst is the charges & commission to cash the cheque is very expensive. Here is how expensive :-
- They gave you a crazy exchange rate, normal lah bank mah
- The charges to process the cheque from Maybank - RM 25
- The charges form US bank to process the cheque - USD 10
So if your US cheque is less than USD 20, you can throw your cheques away or you can just frame it somewhere.

Hi, It is great to see you receive your first cheque from adsense. I feel motivated for this. However, the bank processing fee is rather expensive for us to handle it. In fact, what you said is true, if your check is less than US20, don't bother to bank in to local bank. However, if you have US bank, that will be a different story. I normally bank in my US cheque which less than US50 to US bank account. So, imagine you have an US bank account, you can do the same. eheheh... You might wonder how I do that, recently I read a book called Chapter-M. I am not sure you have came across this ebook. This ebook reveal a legal way to register US bank account without travelling to US. Besides that, Chapter-M also talk about how you can register ClickBank and start promoting it's products & services. The book also how to register PayPal account and get withdrawal to your bank account. If you are allowed here, I want to post the url address for Chapter-M here. Well I do have a US bank account but I need to post my cheque to US for them to process. I might do just that in the future. You can get a US bank account in www.etrade.com, from here you can link it up with your paypal account. - edwinWang, 30 June 2006 8:18 AM

Hi KKK, well that is my first AdSense cheque, what do you expect? USD 10,000 or USD 100,000 a month? How many people can earn that much? Well for a beginer like me, those extra money is good enough. BTW my blog is about the thruth and not trying to blow up the figure so you will be motivated to attend my Internet Marketing Seminar. Well lots of my friends does earns a lot from google adsense and all of that comes from being really hard working. I guess I am not hard working enough. You get what you deserve in life.
