This time it is a Bubbles Resort located at Tanjung Tukas, of Pulau Perhentian Besar.

 

 

The water at Bubbles Resort vicinity is crystal clear. The water is filled with sea weed that turtles feed on as Tanjung Tukas beach is famous for turtle watching. One thing about Bubbles Resort is that all their cannoes are provided free of charge to their guest, other resorts in perhentian, you need to rent.

 

 

The chalets is quite okie. Not the best I have stayed in Pulau Perhentian but well it is acceptable island accomodations.

 

 

The inter-island boat trip is very disapointing despite the bikini "kwai mu" as our snokling guide. To save cost on expensive boat petro, Bubbles Resort limit only one 1/2 day boat trip for a 3 days 2 night package tour. To me this is the most boring Pulau Perhentian package tour I ever enrolled in as we are stuck in the island most of the time.

 

My first 3 days 2 night Pulau Perhentian trip includes a 1/2 day boat trip around Pulau Perhentian and a full day boat trip to Pulau Redang.

 

My second 3 days 2 night Pulau Perhentian trip includes a 1/2 day boat trip around Pulau Perhentian, 1/2 day boat trip to Pulau Rawa and a Night Snokling Trip.

 

 

Despite all the disapointment on the lack of boat trips for this package tour, there is a lot of surprises in the islands itself. Those who are really dedicated and patient enough to wait hours in the darkness, feeding mosquito, manage to experience the process of leatherback turtle laying eggs. Another plus points about Bubbles Resort is their food is very nice but unfortunately there is no BBQ seafood. HOW CAN THERE BE NO BBQ SEAFOOD? I always have BBQ seafood when I am in Pulau Perhentian.. Sigh !!!
